RETURN POLICY

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
  3. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All t-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. 
  4. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Shopolis.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

If products meet this criteria then we can issue a full refund, store credit in form of a gift card or re-ship a new item. If it does not meet the criteria, we will not considered a return. 

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Sh*t happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. Also please provide a picture of your damaged order.
